Men of Grace
Young men accepted into Men of Grace will have the opportunity to live as a part of the community for a period of 1 to 6 years, depending on individual goals, personal growth, maturity, their readiness for independent living, and the ability to provide for themselves and their family.
We believe that personal mentoring, job training, and basic education in business and general life skills can provide hope and a way to support one’s self for young men between 16 and 24 years old. This is the foundation for our current Men of Grace Transition Center project. The Transition Center will support up to 24 young men—providing housing, meals, vocational skills training, discipleship, English language instruction, education in basic business and personal finance, and ultimately a microfinance loan for them to start their own business and transition to a fully independent life. We will also provide mentorship and a support system designed to connect participants with their community for business networking opportunities and to give back once they are more established. Our desire is to find instructors that can provide training in the following areas.
